exactly the same . One is done in the "traditional realtor beige" the other is done is today 's more vibrant colors. Guess which one the buyer would choose. Everyone is afraid of color but once they actually see it .... they love it , they just wouldn't be brave enough to do it on their own. I have been trained in helping people choose the right colors , so for me , it's fun.
