As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

Areas of Expertise

My expertise is in marketing the home and getting the home ready for the market. I am a Accredited Staging Professional .You can visit my site at www.TheStagingLady.com .

There you can get an idea of what we do and how we make the home appeal to the largest group of buyers. Buying a home is an emotional

experience . Believe me, the buyer knows if this is the right home before the front door closes behind him.  If it feels good in his gut , then chances are it will feel good in his head as well.  Curb appeal has a lot to do with the buying decision as well . If you can't get them to stop

you aren't going to get them to go in.  I also feel that color has a lot to do with the choices a potential buyer makes. You could have 2 homes

exactly the same . One is done in the "traditional realtor beige"   the other is done is today 's more vibrant colors. Guess which one the buyer would choose. Everyone is afraid of color but once they actually see it .... they love it , they just wouldn't be brave enough to do it on their own.  I have been trained in helping people choose the right colors , so for me , it's fun.

I invite you to call and ask any questions you might have about buying or selling homes . It's a different market out there and you need a different kind of realtor now. One who has a handle on what's current and what makes you feel good about your decisions.
